All persons attending the congress must be Members of the International Dance Council CID at UNESCO, as well as registered congress participants. If you are not a member of CID, we invite you to apply for membership.

 

A presentation can be any or all of the following:

 

  • Scientific research report (paper), initially evaluated by the Scientific Committee (up to 30 minutes, with discussion)

  • Lecture with projection of video or slides (up to 30 minutes, with discussion)

  • Performance by a company, a duo or a soloist (up to 15-20 minutes)

  • Dance class or workshop (60 minutes)

  • Exhibition and sale of your publications or produce.


Submitting a presentation is optional. Absentee presenters can register also; their presentations will be included in the program and in the proceedings. The proceedings website is visited by tens of thousands of dance professionals all over the world.

 

The Scientific Committee will be composed of academic scholars from several countries. All presentations will be included in the proceedings uploaded on the Congress website for world-wide visibility.

 

To apply for a visa and/or financial assistance, registered participants receive an official certificate. We maintain contacts with embassies and consulates to assist participants.
